Scheduled Downtime
In preparation for our Online Banking upgrade, we have scheduled a period of downtime for our Online Bill Pay and Account-2-Account transfer services. This will help us ensure the accuracy and availability of your payee and account information after the upgrade.
Online Bill Pay and Account-to-Account Transfers will be unavailable
from 5 pm CST on January 12 to January 17, 2023.
During this time, new bill payments and external account transfers to or from another financial institution cannot be initiated. All previously scheduled payments and transfers between your RiverLand accounts will go through uninterrupted. Prior to the scheduled downtime, the option to add new payees and other financial institutions will be unavailable starting January 3, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Important Note for Bill Pay Users Before January 12, 2023, please log in to Online Banking to confirm your Payee address and account information. Your current, active payees and scheduled payments will convert to our upgraded online banking. However, it is important that you log in to verify that your payee addresses are formatted correctly. Zip codes must contain no hyphens and must be either 5 digits or 9 digits in length. For example, 70001 and 701131234 will be accepted; but 70113123 (only 8 digits) and 70113-1234 (hyphen included) will not be accepted. What is Online Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is a free service available in Online Banking that allows you to set up payments from your RiverLand account to pay businesses, individuals, and other financial institutions
What are Account-2-Account Transfers?
Account-2-Account transfers are another free service available in Online Banking that allows you to move funds between your RiverLand account and another financial institution. The transfers are initiated by you through our Online Banking system.
