Verifying your contact information is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to Online Banking.
Note: You must log in using an internet browser, not the Mobile App.
- Select Settings using the gear icon () in the top-right of your screen.
- Open the "Contact Info" menu.
- Select "Change Email"
Note: You may be prompted to verify a security code at this time.
- A box will pop up with your current email.
- If your email is correct, click Cancel.
- If your email is incorrect, enter your new email and click Submit.
That's it! You can repeat the same instructions with your phone number and address.
