How to Lock Your Debit/Credit Card
- Sign in to Online Banking or the RiverLand FCU Mobile App.
- On desktop, select Cards from the main menu on the left side.
On mobile, tap the up arrows at the bottom to expand the menu. Then, tap Cards.
- Select the card you'd like to lock.
- Select Lock Card.
- Select Lock to confirm.
A red lock will appear on the card you've chosen. To unlock the card, follow the same instructions and select Unlock Card.
If you cannot find your card, use the Missing Card option to close your card permanently and order a new one.
