Why did I receive a notice about providing proof of insurance?
You may have received a phone call or notice concerning the insurance coverage on the vehicle you have financed with us. As part of our practice of keeping our records up-to-date, we request updated insurance information when proof of insurance has expired or lapsed. By providing this information you assure us that your property is protected as required by your loan agreement.
To make updating your insurance information as convenient as possible, RiverLand has partnered with an Insurance Service Center to collect and verify your insurance.
You may update your insurance information online, by phone, fax, or mail:

- Fax your declaration page to 866.840.2204
- Call our Insurance Service Center at 833.612.7417 (you will need your Loan #, Reference #, and Unique Identifier # from the letter you received)
- Mail your declaration page to:
