Please be aware, widespread COVID related U.S. Postal Service delays are impacting the timely delivery of mailed payments and are increasing the loss of mailed payments.

If any of your RiverLand bill payments are issued by check, please follow these tips to help prevent the delay or loss of your payments:

  • Until normal mail delivery resumes, schedule payments at least 10-15 days before the due date.
  • Monitor the receipt of all check payments. If you notice a delay, contact the payee and follow their instructions for making your payment on time.
  • If you experience the delayed delivery or loss of a RiverLand Bill Pay check payment, upon request we will send a letter to the payee verifying the date we mailed your payment.

*Our electronic banking services are free; however, standard wireless carrier text and data charges may apply: check with your wireless provider for details.
