Due to escalating fraud, our credit cards and debit cards are automatically blocked from use in high-risk locations. If you are planning a trip and would like to use your RiverLand credit or debit card while traveling, contact us and let us know the cities and countries where you would like access to your account, and we will temporarily authorize use.
There are 3 ways to add your notice:

- Send a secure message including the details below.
What to include in your Secure Message
- Your name
- RiverLand Card #
- Daytime phone
- Daytime e-mail address
- List all cities and countries where you would like use of your card
- List the dates you will be in each city & country and when you will return home
We will not process your request with incomplete information.
