Join us to “Pass a good time!” at RiverLand Federal Credit Union’s 48th Annual Meeting. The afternoon includes beer, soft drinks, mudbugs, and all the fixings. Advance registration is required and will be accepted until March 1st or until we reach maximum capacity. The dress code is “crawfish-boil” casual.
Crawfish boil registration is limited to the first 300 people who register.
All attendees must be at least 18 years old.

Yes, cancellations for 2026 will be accepted until Friday, March 20th. To cancel your registration, please call us at 504-576-5800 (option 3) or email marketing@riverlandfcu.org. You must receive a Cancellation Number from us to avoid a non-attendance fee.
After you submit your registration, you will receive a Confirmation Number in two ways. (1) The website form will display a confirmation number in green text, and (2) an automated confirmation email will be sent to your email address. A second email confirmation will be sent after March 1st.
If you could not register online and spoke with one of our representatives, your confirmation number was provided verbally, and a paper confirmation will be mailed after March 1st.
It's not required. However, if we cannot locate your registration on the day of the event, we will request your confirmation number to verify that you registered and to check for any errors on our end.
Here's a typical timeline for the Annual Meeting.
- At 2:00 pm, the Board of Directors starts the Annual Meeting in the main event space at Southport Hall.
- At around 2:15 pm, crawfish is served. Attendees may line up in advance, but no one will be served until the annual meeting is complete.
- At around 3:15 pm (if we have enough crawfish), we will begin serving seconds on a first-come, first-served basis until we run out.
We recommend that you arrive before 3:00 pm to ensure you receive one serving of crawfish and fixins. This timeline is subject to change.
Each registered attendee will receive one tray of crawfish with a side of corn and sausage, plus a cookie. No other food will be served or available for purchase. A selection of beer, soda, and water will be available free of charge. All other alcohol must be purchased from the bar.
