Frequently Asked Questions
Payroll deduction is a convenient method of depositing a portion of your paycheck into your account. It can also be used to pay loans biweekly, which can be beneficial for interest savings and bill management. The deductions are made after tax deductions and before the remainder of your paycheck is distributed.
If you're an Entergy employee, contact us to stop your payroll deductions.
If you work elsewhere, your payroll deductions were likely set up with your HR department or payroll management system (such as ADP, Netchex, PeopleSoft, WorkSight, etc). Please, check with your payroll system first before contacting us.
Depending on your payroll management system, you may be able to set up deductions through your company's payroll portal (ADP, Netchex, PeopleSoft, WorkSight, etc.). Typically, these payroll systems enable you to distribute your payroll by percentage or dollar amount to multiple accounts. Contact your HR department for details specific to how your company handles payroll distribution.
