Heads up! Our Mobile App icon has a new look.
What we improved:

Card Controls: We’ve added controls for your RiverLand debit or credit card, so you can lock your card and reorder a new one if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Principal Payments: After your standard payment is made, you now have the option to make extra principal loan payments online.

Alerts: Account activity alerts are delivered faster with the option to receive notifications by text, email, or both.

Transfers: Setting up a transfer to another bank or credit union is easier and less time-consuming with our new integration.

Apple Watch: Users can sync their app to view account balances quickly.

Mobile Statements: If you have eStatements enabled, you will now be able to access them from the mobile app as well as the web.
- Fresh Design: We updated our design for a cleaner look and easier navigation.
What stayed the same:
- Your username and password have not changed, so you can log in with your current login credentials. Note: If you currently log in by typing your account number into the login box, you must have a username to log in to the upgraded system. If you don't remember your username, please contact us.
- All established Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and reoccurring payments will remain unchanged.
- All previously scheduled deposits, transfers, and loan payments will process as usual.
- Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and ATM access are not affected.
- All your preferences for eStatements, eReceipts, or eNotices remain the same.
- Our 24/7 telephone banking service, “Toney” the Touch-Tone Teller, is up and running.
Quicken Users: Having trouble connecting?
Connections to Quicken may not be available for 5 business days following the upgrade. To assist in reconnecting, you should complete a deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that your current Quicken account is linked correctly.
