Our digital banking experience was great,
and it just got better! 

At Riverland, one way we prioritize our members' financial well-being is by continuously improving our services. That's why we're upgraded our online banking platform... again!  

All the features from our 2023 upgrade are still available. We've enhanced the layout and organization of the app to be more user-friendly.

Update Your App Now

To ensure a smooth update, please check that you are currently using the latest version of our mobile app. You can do this by visiting your phone's app store and checking the RiverLand FCU mobile app for updates.

If you use biometrics (FaceID or Fingerprint Login) or Quick Balance, those
features will need to be reset in the new app. Setup takes less than a minute!

What improved:

  • Consolidated Menu: To simplify the steps for money movement, we consolidated payments, transfers, and skip-a-pay all under the Move Money menu. 

  • Round-Up Savings: You can now control your Round-Up Savings within online banking. No need to call us! It's located under the More Services menu.

  • Customization & Accessibility: For a better viewing experience, we've added a Customization tab under the Settings menu.  You can switch your screen to dark mode, change it to a colorblind accessible theme, or switch font styles for better readability.

  • Left-Handed Mode: You now have the option to toggle between left or right-handed mode on mobile to shift buttons into easier-to-reach spots.

  • Better Layout: We've shifted things around just a bit for a better, more intuitive user experience. For instance, the Log Out button is now back at the top right on your desktop! 

What stayed the same:

  • All features from our 2023 upgrade are still available, but they may have moved around for improved usability.
  • Your username and password have not changed, so you can log in with your current login credentials.
  • All established Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and reoccurring payments will remain unchanged.
  • All previously scheduled deposits, transfers, and loan payments will be processed as usual. 
  • Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and ATM access are not affected.
  • All your preferences for eStatements, eReceipts, or eNotices remain the same.
